Cancellation Policy

At Demounique, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to keep the process simple and transparent while allowing us to process orders smoothly.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order only before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please mention your order number while placing the cancellation request.

If your order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated within 1 to 2 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms or any unofficial channels will not be considered.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, please accept the delivery and raise a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy.

Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled.

Repeated COD cancellations may result in the COD option being disabled for future orders.

Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds generally reflect in your bank account within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Demounique reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.

The delivery address or contact details provided are incomplete or incorrect.

The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or verification systems.

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
