How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary slightly based on location and courier service. -

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes. -
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for select locations. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch. -
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. -
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products. A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery along with a complete unboxing video. -
Is an unboxing video mandatory for returns or refunds?
Yes, a clear unboxing video is compulsory to approve any return, exchange, or refund request. -
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8 to 15 working days. -
Can I exchange a product?
Exchange is allowed only if a wrong product is delivered. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days with an unboxing video. -
