  1. How long does delivery take?
    Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary slightly based on location and courier service.

  2. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we provide free shipping across India on all serviceable pin codes. There are no hidden shipping charges.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes.

  4. Is Cash on Delivery available?
    Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for select locations. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

  5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  6. What is your return policy?
    Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products. A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery along with a complete unboxing video.

  7. Is an unboxing video mandatory for returns or refunds?
    Yes, a clear unboxing video is compulsory to approve any return, exchange, or refund request.

  8. How long does it take to receive a refund?
    Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8 to 15 working days.

  9. Can I exchange a product?
    Exchange is allowed only if a wrong product is delivered. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days with an unboxing video.
